On behalf of the Board of Christ Gospel Fellowship (CGF), we are giving notice for our Annual General Meeting (AGM). The details of the meeting are as follows: 

Date:            31 May 2025 (Saturday)
Time:            7:00 PM
Venue:         165 Upper East Coast Road, Singapore 455266
                      Emmanuel Assembly of God
                      Level 4; Main Sanctuary

Documents which include Agenda for the AGM, Audited Financial Statements of CGF for the financial year ended December 31, 2024 and Minutes of 2024 AGM can be found here. All members of the church are encouraged to attend the AGM.  Please note that only voting members are eligible to vote on the agenda items.

Any voting member who wishes to place an item on the agenda of the AGM must provide a detailed description of the motion in the Proposal of Motion form. The form can be downloaded by clicking on the following link: Proposal of Motion Form

All submissions must be emailed to the Secretary at cgfboard@cgf.org.sg, no later than 24 May 2025.

For any specific questions relating to the AGM's agenda or further information, please email cgfboard@cgf.org.sg no later than 24 May 2025. This will help us to organize the AGM and address your concerns appropriately.
